I love living here with my family. Our studio is large and spacious. The building is well maintained and the gardens around are lovely. The space between the buildings give us privacy. The best part is that everything is easily reachable. There are grocery shops nearby and the stores at Mirdif Mall. Public transportation is good for reaching most other places. What is inconvenient is that the rents are increased all the time as the community is popular, so we have to keep shifting to new apartments every year or so.
The building is well-located and its close to Dubai Mall and the Emirates Tower Metro Station. It's easy to get to any part of Dubai. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Its clean and well-maintained.

Its amazing living here as the Dubai Mall is so close. The Park is nearby too, which makes this complex excellently located. You will find shops, restaurants, schools, and kindergartens in the vicinity.
