Al Seef Tower is one of four residential and hotel towers that Al Habtoor Engineering Enterprises has been contracted to build within the Dubai Marina development.
Perhaps one hallmark of this tower is that it was built in record time--21 months (completed April 2005). Another point of interest is its design which incorporates a squared shape on the lower floors, a wider extended shape (due to balconies) at mid-level, a circular shape at the higher level, and a pyramid crown at top. It is definitely an eclectic design which may not work for everyone.
